3 more work packages have reached practical completion, punch lists have been closed out and it is time to celebrate. On March 12th 2010 (providing the politians agree on the date), an official opening ceremony will be held for the completed works in DP07A, DP04&05 and WP8. The plans include an indigenous welcome to country, school children singing, and maybe even the presentation of an award.
